There is a bus stop to Bursa Bus Terminal just 10 minutes on foot from Hotel Gunes 

1) Hotel Gunes ( Otel Guneş )

2) Go down the slope in front of the hotel.

3)Turn right at an intersection.

4) Walk straight along the way.

5) Find the bus stop for #38 line for Bursa otogar.

6) The bus stop for #38 line 

7) Buy bus ticket.

8) Bus ticket to the bus terminal

9) Inside the local bus.

There's no bus route map / announcement for the direction inside the local bus. Local people know where they need to get off so it seems they don't need the map / direction announcement. They ask to other people when they need.

10) Smartphone GPS

It is very helpful if you recognize your current location with the GPS app of a smartphone for a foreigner who can's speak Turkish.  You can check where you are right now and get off the bus when it stops near to your destination.
